When your attending physician agrees to discharge you, the attending physician will give out the physician’s order.  Please wait in the room while the nurse station prepares all the necessary documents.  The nurse station will notify you and hand you the discharge notice.  Please take the documents to the admission and discharge center to complete the discharge procedures at the first floor of the medical building.
