Q How to apply medical records?

    Please noted due to the privacy issue, we cannot apply for you.
    You have to apply in person in the hospital or ask the doctor directly in the clinic.
    The hospital charges for the records with TWD 5 / page.

Q How to make an appointment of Telemedicine ? 如何預約遠距諮詢?

    Mail us your condition to 1011@landseed.com.tw ,and tell us the date and time you prefer.
    Video Consultation Fee: TWD 6000
    Written Consultation Fee: TWD3000
    Registration Fee: TWD 300
    *We accept foreign currency.

    依據通訊診察治療辦法，本國人如在境外也可進行視訊門診，但健保不給付，因此為自費門診。
    視訊諮詢費:台幣6000元
    書面諮詢費:台幣3000元
    掛號費:台幣300元
